Amber Brooke and Destructive Behavior
The Amber Brooke Band consists of five kids who just love to play music. The group delivers its own brand of high-energy performance with solid vocals.
Amber started acting at the age of 8. She was not only in commericals, movies and voice-overs but she was and still is in a professional touring company, which combines her singing, dancing and acting skills. It was only natural as she got older that she start writing lyrics. Amber wrote her first song at 10. When she was shooting "Grandpa's Garage", a the age of 14, one of her castmates and best friend's father was diagnosed with cancer. After his death, Amber wanted to help Michelle heal so she wrote "Michelle's Song" for her and decided to record it as a gift. She invited their friends to sing in the chorus and Michelle herself spoke the final words of the song. It went on to place in numerous songwriting contests.
At 16, with the help of her parents, Amber formed her own band. She has spent the last 3 years creating her own sound while, writing, recording and performing all over the country.
Amber is currently attending Georgia State University on the Hope Scholarship majoring in English with an emphasis on Creative Writing. Her minor is film. She is currently the voice of Cartoon Network's Boomerang in Latin America, has a recurring role on "One Tree Hill". She spends all her spare time writing, performing and promoting her band!!!
They just released "Destructive Behavior" to rave reviews.
